Can the son(who lives in the home) list it or sell it right away?

Okay so I went on the walk through with the owner and his son, and the place is in total dismay to say the least.

S2A MODULAR shows 846 Warren Way, Palo Alto, Ca. as their business address...... it is a rental property.

I will add to the theme about not mixing business and friendship.We rented to our handyman that was also the son-in law and daughter of a good friend. 

I've been working 7 days a week 18 hour a day to get this house done all while having my son born 3 months prior.

My son looked for several different options after graduating as I had told him (used to be this way as we bought our first home like that) that once you started a job after graduation if it was in your major field, that they counted your education towards your experience so you didn't have to wait the full 2 years, especially as he stayed with the same company where he already had a paid internship for his full final year in school. 

I started a few corps as i am intending to leave legacy wealth for my dissabled son.
