I haven’t actually started trying to make deals yet, I want to make sure I’m educated enough in the risks/technical business aspects first.From reading a previous post, I have learned that it’s best to accumulate a buyers list first, and no what they are looking for before talking to sellers.My question is, how do I accumulate a list of genuine buys?
