Kids are in my 5 year plan so I'd like to be near a good elementary school. 

My wife will be going to Commercial flight school with goals to be an internationals cargo pilot but at the least an international passenger pilot and once working her entire salary will be poured into investing along with about 30% of my own income which is what I am using now build up a down payment while also paying down credit card debt and trying to sell truck.

The taxes in this county/school district is nuts.

I am a graduate student in Ann Arbor.

Each class being a prerequisite for the next, until you graduate.

Not sure if still around but I have a funny story about my Law professor in HS challenging me on it existing and my brother being in law school at Texas A&M at the time.

You should be able to qualify with your executed offer letter and your college transcripts showing that you've been in school up to this point. 

SCHOOLS  this drives a huge section of homeowners  school scores are very important. 2.

I know they aren't great but they are in a great area that is growing super fast with a large highend shopping center to open in the next 3 to 4 years and they are across the street from a highly rated high school.
