If you meet someone who doesn't seem to care much about their reputation, tread carefully. 

D20 has a good reputation as a district but  the actual teaching is not that strong.

It is unfortunate but unless you have some less that reputable "friends" that are willing to give them a visit there is nothing more you can do but sit back, wait, and clean up the mess after the fact.

Make it more apples to apples to be reputable in what you are saying.

And I often get deals when Im on the buy side when we are not quite the highest offer because of my reputation for having solid buyers who close, and dont get scared off by trivial things in inspections. 

Gotta make sure the firm you are working for is reputable.
