@Destiny Dunbar I like the idea of doing a survey on wholesaling, unfortunately, I don't think you're going to find a positive outcome on BP.I think all businesses even non-real-estate-related need to have a core focus on either Quality, Price, or Convenience.

They get the payoff amount you still owe plus any outstanding interest etc. 

This is just a simple form that states "Deposit is $X" and "Monthly Rent is $X" and "There is no outstanding balance owed".

If so, one major factor I would consider is the quality of the on-base housing. 

I would probably expand the area when I know more about real estate at a distance, getting a feel of finding quality RE agents, PMs, GCs If getting in BRRRR.Thanks,Yves

@Will Barnard I have found out about the quality of wholesalers very quickly.

We have found success offering good quality rentals and offering on places listed the first day.
