Here in CT with our finishes, we know a Kitchen is $17K, a Bathroom is $7K, internal paint job, $3K-$7K depending how high the walls and how many walls how much trim baseboard crownmolding bla bla bla.You can also go to homeadvisor.com and there you will see how much other people in your area have paid for a certain job and that could be  your best bet for getting your patas wet my dude.
