3 bedroom and 1.5 bathroom in B grade working class neighborhood.  All outlets, switches, and light fixtures will be replaced.  Is there anything else that I should be considering like stair tread lighting or hallway ...

Because if i understand the OP correctly one unit is under priced and two units are vacant and the other is a mystery.
