-The ARV is tough because it doesn’t really need much, I was going to paint the exterior a new roof is being put on before the sale so repairs is minimal which is great and it already has tenants.

What I am looking for is a structure (not a doublewide trailer) which would be assembled prior to delivery, placed on a prepoured foundation, and then hooked up to utilities with a minimal amount of on-site work needed to be done prior to occupancy.
