I've read Rich Dad Poor Dad and a mentor/investor suggested Nothing Down for the 2000's.I'm in kind of a strange middle ground.

But, as soon as I started meeting local investors, I finally got one to mentor me, and now I am doing my first deal as a Project Manager over a duplex rehab.

I am of course looking for investors but moreso I am interested in a mentor.

I would like to connect with an experienced mentor to learn more about real estate investing.
