@Jr TeakellBankruptcy is not foreclosure they are very differentIf a borrower files charges 13 it’s because they want to keep their home, not lose it.

You presumably wouldn't allow that happen if you still had equity in the deal.But, if you did lose the property to foreclosure, it would be auctioned off.

I'm hoping to find a cheaper policy in the coming months.

Hello everyone, as I start my real estate journey I really hope on connecting and partnering with the right lenders. 

I joined this group with the hopes of starting a Real Estate Investment business soon so that I can step away from the corporate life I have lived for more than 30 years.It's time for me to try something new...oh, where to begin :) 

I am not going to go with a traditional bank at this time with all the hassles that come with them so hoping to find some insight on "TheLender" or any other lending group that allows 20% down as a DCSR loan on a STR, SFR in MN which happens to be a no pre payment penalty not allowed state.

I'm hoping to get suggestions from some of experienced people here.I welcome any tips and/or suggestions as well!
