Anyway, you could list a reason like "to have cash reserves", or whatever might be appropriate in your situation. 

You can check local newspaper, county courthouse, usually the attorneys representing the plaintiffs have a list on their website, and then there are other sites online like auction.com, foreclosure.com that who would possibly have the list as well. 

Personally I follow the advice in the E-Myth.
