It's clear that taking things slow to understand all aspects of Real Estate investing is a hard line requirement prior to purchasing any properties/units (regardless of strategy).I view the BiggerPockets site/content/books to be a treasure trove of information that I can continue to consume, but I'm lacking the network of individuals once I'm ready to get started investing $$$.
