In my mind, Real Estate Agents are like the people trying to be Sports stars.In a VERY crowded field, only about 1% will be extremely successful.50% will not be in the business in a few years and 49% will wind up making a living but not being that "Superstar".One BIG obstacle is that Agents/Brokers work on commission.
