No extension cords over x feet may be used might be better.If I can install a 240V outlet in my property for a limited amount of money, say $200-250 which I can do if the panel is reasonably close, I am willing to do that as it isn’t a huge cost and may help keep a tenant.  

However, the permitting process may add additional time to the project. 

I'm still in the education stage of the process and looking forward to working with everyone in the future.

Turns out the the electrical company was repairing a down line and once it was restored it sent a huge surge to the electrical panel.

Clayton is a huge fraud. 

It’s been a long time since posting on here since starting my investing journey and boy has it been a whirlwind of crazy, fun and wisdom building, not the way I thought I would gain wisdom, but im grateful for what was earned in this process nonetheless!

If you plan on managing it yourself, you want to be close to monitor any improvements and get familiar and comfortable with the entire process.

I don't know if I'll continue with Zillow's process in the future.

I’m in the process of getting a property from Zach and still a little concerned as this will be my first investment property.

I also don't know how much of a hassle or cost commitment that process would be either so any input at all would be valuable to me.
