They generate a good portion of their tow business, and storage fees, from these.On a side note, a brushed aluminum grab handle will make them easier to hold while mounting:-).

For sure a war zone area, which I guess is why you can grab a house for so cheap.  

At times I wonder that people who actually make loads of money from real estate investments will put out their secret study analysis here for everyone else to grab - while that area is still on a path of progress.

@Matthew Parkhurst If your payment is $300/mo and you can only rent for $500/mo that doesn't leave much to cover taxes, insurance, and what will likely be numerous repair bills given the condition.The biggest red flag I see, however, is the fact that it's been listed for 458 days and nobody else grabbed it.

I used to go grab a lunch and sit outside of my evictions to watch the house.
