In return, they'll likely share insight, information, experience, etc. with you.

Say you bought they house for $250k and are happy with the returns you are making and then the market dips and the house is now worth $200k, but the return you are getting from the rental is still stable.

If there's anyone who plans on attending and usually takes good notes, I'd love to return the favor in the future!

Not going to make huge returns at those numbers but if you maintain it well while you live there it can be a great way to start building your portfolio without a huge out of pocket cost.

I also bought a rental property that has a 30% return on investment but actually since I have none of my own money in it is really 100% Profit!!
