I thought this was beyond generous yet the seller refused this demanding to not pay.I hate to see a deal fall through for such a relatively small amount but my gut says if they made a big deal over something so reasonable imagine the issues once the deal closes and I technically become their landlord.Well anyway, I was curious what is the going arrangement for lease backs in a hot market?

I had to call about 200 lenders (no exaggeration) to learn of 4 lenders who did this and I have some tips.

I appreciate your helpful input, and great tip on the the screenshot videos. 

The book is very well written and full of tips about how to find the very best syndicator to invest with.

I ask them to ensure the apartment is in tip top showable condition, pay for advertising and pay rent until a suitable tenant that is properly vetted can be found, just as they were.

I would really appreciate if anyone has any first time homebuyer tip/ they could share.
