Is there any information on what percentage of tax liens finally end up getting foreclosed?

I tend to use the worksheet to find my magic number for the property and either watch until it comes down or compare the final sales price to what I needed the number to be and wonder if the new owner is making any money.

Well it has been a few months of hard work and perseverance but I finally closed my first wholesale deal here in Phoenix, AZ ($18K) in the first week of May.  

After several "Can I buy you a cup of coffee" emails from me, Steve finally responded when I sent him an email that had the subject line: RE: "I'll give you $500 Bucks to let me spend a day with you!"  

Triplex: purchase $40k, rehab $100k (includes holding costs, etc) We are finishing up the final unit now and the last time I did a budget review it was projected to come in under budget.
