I don't currently know of any properties but I will keep my eyes and ears open for you.

I refused to pay, so they cut me off from the program.In my eye freedom mentor program is a brunch of scam artists focusing on rip-off people.My lesson learned: There are no ways around or magic formula.

But I thank you so much for your eyes opening wisdom and will try my best to resolve this issue.

Because if they did, most of those note investors would probably get creamed.  

There is a 15 unit apt building I've been eyeing so I'd love to see updates to this story.

If it were me I'd keep my eyes open for other deals around the area you are in. 

I was definitely feeling the glazed eyes when I was playing with kids and talking with my wife (so bad to do that to your kids and especially your spouse.  

Certainly isolate your talking points and aim your conversation in the direction you want to go, but the second you start reading into the receiver the person at the other end is going to let their eyes glaze over and think of any excuse to hang up on you.
