I would like to do BRRR eventually, BUT thinking a pure rental property would be good enough to start off with.Ultimately, I plan on doing a weekend trip, or trips, to explore the cities and neighborhoods (Once things settle down of course!).

While exploring rooms for my wife to rent as a spa and salon worker, we found an opportunity to rent a large 2500 square foot retail space that already houses a spa/salon business that is moving.

You can even look into Turnkey rentals, if you're comfortable taking on rehab projects, or just explore the MLS in an area you DO know, and go for those!
