I would rather rent to hard-working responsible people who have something to lose and won't be as likely to trash my place.The tenant pool has less to lose, in general-- less wages to garnish and often weaker credit/rental histories.

The area has gotten rougher over the last 20 years (my sister used to live off 87th & Eastern) but if that can get turned around you'd have a real good potential to market to the folks Cerner is going to populate with.

Of course, we're all just guessing in the dark here since we can't look at the property history.

I am trying to find sold price history for properties in Houston, TX and I can find some of them on Redfin.com but sometimes they won't have the information.

Looks like several credible scientists from different organizations and universities agree that it will likely happen sometime in the next 50 years and will likely be the worst natural disaster in the countries history.

It's so funny, because few people actually have- it's only 11 pages for Christ's sake...but worse, few people understand the history behind it, or the legal precedents/miracles it created).
