they pull at every emotional heart string.. you deserve this .. this is so simple do you have what it takes.. your financial freedom number.. like being self employed is something everyone wants. some do fine other fail.. and these are just training programs they don't guarantee success.. just like watching BP pod cast or reading blogs or talking on this site hardly guarantees your success.. real estate is hard.. it takes drive money and dedication .

I always look around when I'm driving.

I spent the weekends driving around town visiting these properties.

@Jaron Walling  I can't get rid of either of the cars ones a lease that my wife drives that will be up in a couple months and in a bad decision-making frenzies just purchased mine but there's a lot of negative equity in so it would be a pretty big loss.

I am the handyman type and most repairs take me less time than driving over, but I don't want to be guy the at is stuck going over all the time.

I've also been in touch with a friend who owns a vacation rental home on the same lake I'm looking at, about 1.5 hrs drive from where I'm currently located.

Whats driving the rental market ?

We live in Pearland,Tx but can drive to many surrounding areas.

I plan to take out $20k to use on repairs like siding, roof, deck, new drive way.

As far as my location, it’s only a 10-15 minute drive to downtown and 20 minutes to the strip.
