I know both areas, can develop relationships with key team members in both, and can tell if a property is a good deal more easily.This isn’t the rule for all investors, but makes for a more solid foundation from which to begin.

Duke University owns many of the buildings on this street so it will always be well manicured and not overly developed (sprawling lawns etc).

. : )I find some developers build cheap boxes and backfill with crappy tenants and leases and then try to sell it off as a gem to an unsophisticated buyer.

I’ve heard about municipalities and counties not being too keen to new development due to there being little additional tax revenue gained, but was hoping I could get my foot in the door since there were already existing mobile homes in place.

Yes I travel often to the states but I live in Ontario so have to be able to trust the people that are working in my stead and watching over and caring for my investments when I am not there.I have a system I use developed over the last years and the 100 properties we have worked with do far and we stick to it if we lose a property or 2 because someone wants a faster closing date then we can offer its on to the next one everything is about the numbers , the location and the time line.More then willing to share what we do if anyone is interested just look me up
