I like using my touch-less IR type thermometer that you simply point and "shoot", but before I was using a digital thermometer with similar results, just a little less convenient, especially if the register is up high requiring a ladder or something.The second test is for airflow.

By the time my attorney can figure out who to serve, who to sue, and after many thousands of dollars in fees, it is not worth the effort or expense and they know it so they don't care.The list goes on and the point is, this bank should not be allowed by us to continue doing business and only we can stop them, and that will take us working together to accomplish it.I agree that having a big bank like BofA is convenient, they have an ATM on very corner, but with some simple planning, and with today's technologies, you can do everything you do know with a small local bank and get better service and in the process, kill a large bank who does not deserve our business.

yup...got it.so i had changed that so that members would have to PM me if they want to contact me, but obviously that's used for the notifications too....so, it needs to be in there correctly.still leaning my way around this site.thanks, guys!!

I figured some things like asking them to carry half on a second lean, then getting the vacant units signed on a rent-to-own or purchased w/ owner finance to increase the value of the whole property and raise a bit for a down payment, but at the end of the day, it's all I got.Thank you veterans of BP!
