Love to hear your experience here if you did end up going down this route, or any others who looked into it.What I will say is that guests greatly appreciate the ability to play their own music, turn lights and temperature on/off, and a variety of other custom features that I have built into the property for their convenience. I’ve also implemented custom signage to allow folks a short list of things that they can ask Alexa to do, which is critically important to clarify understanding and usage.

I started an application with Neat Loans and they advertise a good rate and low closing costs for an investment property refinance.It looks like they were a company that was rebranded into Neat Loans this spring and some of the old reviews that refer to to previous brand were negative, especially about them not being able to perform the closing after the application is submitted and approved.Has anyone had experience with Neat loans?

I suggest you focus on online presence because you also are building a brand with google (as time goes by most likely you will get more hits and pop up more during searches) this is almost like owning your marketing as opposed to renting your marketing.
