Please help so i can get this deal done.The house is in Detroit on the east side on the outskirts of east English village the area is ok it'll turn soon i believe but the street the house is on is great no vacant homes solid neighborhood.

I believe that I have heard some suggest doing walk throughs with investors in your area, but would this be helpful given that I am looking to invest out-of-state? 

I firmly believe the homes I bought will appreciate over time. 

just looked into this property I believe you may be able to purchase this particular property for less than $400,000 I pullled some info on this place property it appears to be off market , are you working with an agent ? 

Although I am not fully ready to purchase a property (still trying to up my savings), I believe that the time to do so may soon arrive.

Hey guysI was approached by a Navigation company about rooftop lease space for an antenna to be used in collecting data for self driving cars, and drones.Its a small unit that receives & transmits data, part of it would be inside my building, and  I would supply the power.all the regular mumbo jumbo in the lease like access with 24 notice, and what not.Kicker is they offered $50 a month, I didn't even  bother to respond, I believe the guy searching for sites is just a hired sales man, he sounded scripted.Anyone in a rooftop lease out there that can share some advice, at $50 a month I wouldn't even consider it.Thanks

Jeff,you can commingle the tenants security deposits, just not with your own account, a separate account just for security deposits. it does not have to be an interest bearing account but i believe if the tenant is there for more than 2 years then you have to have it in an interest bearing account for them. i believe @Chris K. and @Steve Babiak would know a lot better about it.

Also, I believe Langley Federal Credit Union will do 95% (that's what they told me over the phone but I never went farther then that).
