Consequentially, leaving balances on multiple cards can adversely affect your credit and ability to obtain new loans (debt to income ratio)

Obtain empirical market data from the various brokerage companies that specialize in each particular product type in your design.

If the building doesn't have one, you should be able to obtain from your local building inspector.  

I'm looking to see when I should get in contact with a lender to have them come out and see what equity I have obtained for an assessment.

Has anyone obtained loans from them and how did that work out?
