Hi Solon,I am a New York attorney and I regularly act as a court appointed referee in Bronx County.

I've been on three appointments, the first two did not sign a contract when I met with them, however, I am working them through the follow-up.

Title companies, banks, etc. are doing everything basically by appointment, and with limited staff exposed to those coming in.

Do you know how long it typically takes for his team to reach out with an appointment time/date?

We've not gone to the degree of Italy where you need papers to leave your house, but all non-essential businesses are closed and you are only suppose to go out for provisions or medical appointments.  

I'd like to get your guys' opinion on some techniques to keep sellers baited on the hook once you've lined up an appointment.

Also, the higher end homeowners also are willing to may more for extra marketing such as ads, seo listing and airbnb optimization, very very in depth guidebooks, and more.

. * If seller is motivated enough we will setup an appointment to look at the house and evaluate them. * Before appointment we will do our due diligence on the prospective property. * At meeting with home owner we will determine a repair estimate.As of right now Alex Hively is responsible for marketing and purchasing properties.
