I am afraid of being responsible for remediation costs to remove contamination if any.

There were listing appointments that told me they liked everything I had to say, they liked me better, etc, but they were afraid that ReMax agents would not show the house if they listed with me or that it might be boycotted...something to that effect.   

I am also afraid if I ask them to leave they will stop paying rent all together and I'd be stuck with both unpaying tenants with dogs during this eviction ban.

@Jodie Beyer that is what i am afraid of the most is the structuring, the lender i spoke to told me to “spread out” the deposits month after month and i asked him of the structuring law which he had no clue of what i was talking about.
