If I'm spraying paint, sometimes I've kilz'd the subfloor, and another coat of latex to cover the temporary oil smell.

On base, there are 7 housing communities, and there are barracks for single and temporary soldiers, and child care services. 

Do some research on "staten island wholesaler"Have you thought of some of the jersey shore towns?

I am also considering Gulf Shores.

Indian Rocks Beach and Indian Shores if you want a property on the beach island, and unincorporated Seminole and Largo are a bit less pricey on the mainland. 

Locust road is in Silver Springs Shores. 

On a plus side, I did just land a little over 3 month contract with a person coming in for temporary contract work for a defense contractor...we shall see if it becomes a steady thing, or a one off. 

Ok so what if we see a big surge in rents that shore up the gap!
