By paying a little more down pymt, I got rid of PMI without refinancing in 2 yrs.

I have a seller who wants to get rid of several properties and some have leins on them. 

Get Advion bait stations and give them to her and the other tenants if you want to get rid of them.

So if I could get rid of my mortgage ins.

We got all the trade permits, electric, plumbing, hvac, it was a unfinished basement, got rid of the oil thank, added a bathroom, finished the basement, new kitchen, new main bathroom, new windows, new doors, all new house basically.What was the outcome?

Realistically, they're not going to get rid of their lifetime accumulation of furniture.  

I plan to refinance it soon to get a better interest rate and to get rid of the PMI. 

However, I was just at work and a coworker mentioned that he needed to get rid of his property because he was moving out.

You’d just end up chasing them around, but never getting rid of them or controlling them. 

This is so they can slowly get rid of the trailer parks and build more apartment complexes that are less likely to get destroyed in the next storm.Also if you don't own the land under the trailer you are on borrowed time.
