Buying a program from one of the clowns who: "show up to the property 5 minutes before bid time, speculate as to whether there is a pool in the back yard (because they can't hop the fence, or look on google maps), hope the lot next door is included, pay $220k for a house because they can maybe make $12K, etc. etc."

I did a search on Google and found two companies who offer service.

I remember a REO a few years ago that the prior owner had written 'notes' to the bank and anyone buying the property all over the walls,,,in a kids room there was a note saying something like "i hope you enjoy what was my house,,I grew up here and the bank took it away"..I have to admit, nothing written had bothered me until I saw that, then I just left,,,bad karma

Now I get my education basically for free and now I enjoy my life again and love my business.Thank you to all and especially Bigger Pockets!

People don't often enjoy living in 30K neighborhoods where the areas are older, run down, crime riddled, poor, etc.

I understand awesomeness of computers, I also understand we don't have artificial intelligence yet.Some people understand statistical relevance, the rest don't.The way I see it is that those who believe they can predict future occurrences on a property based on historical data from a huge population simply enjoy the exercise.

You can google them or pm me and i can get you some more information on those.We are experimenting with a rocket mass heater under a home right now and seeing positive results as this style heater uses almost 1/8th the wood a normal wood stove would use, and the heat comfort is 10 times a conventional wood burner.
