Up to 33 units and I bought a storage facility with 135 units.

I also came up with ebike/scooter docking stations, air fill up machine, fleet and/or ride share storage. 

Both units are 3 floor 3 bed 1 bath units and will rent for between 1900-2100 a month.The other structure is a 1200 sq ft garage/storage space with a 2bed 1 bath remodeled apartment on the second floor.

Right now, I tell prospective tenants to use their phone hotspot but I would like to offer more as I am getting some good applicants but no wi-fi is a big issue.Also, I would like to add more storage.
