Sometimes you can know during the initial interaction that the tenant is a caller.

If google doesn't provide enough proof, then I encourage you to contact your local bank and ask them if it is illegal to write a check on an account that does not have enough funds to cover it. and if THAT doesn't clear it up, then contact your local prosecutor and ask the same question.I see you're a cpa, so I am sure you know this. perhaps you simply mis-read my post.

Hello, I’ve been listening to the bigger pockets podcasts for a while, and it seems that Brandon, Mindy, Scott, and David always encourage getting involved.
