@Eric Hugh I would list them as a package with a local investment real estate firm but as pocket listing.

This DOES open up a can of worms because if you pull an electrical permit they will see the other renovations and you will need the full package of permits and since it’s an investment property you can’t pull owner-builder permits and will need to use a GC thus adding even more to your expense.  

You can also ask them for their FSBO package to get the standard purchase agreement the attorney/title company uses.

Mainly the money back guarantee and the post course being included in a package together.
