We wanted a change of pace and picked a fancy new apartment high-rise in a different neighborhood (we picked a building called Hub50 House, which was right next to the TD Garden and the North End - lots of activity because we rented during Celtics and Bruins playoffs, and walking 100 feet to a Who concert certainly didn't stink!)

I want to use a light, neutral tan color on the inside, perhaps something similar to Benjamin Moore's Manchester Tan.And for the exterior I'm leaning toward a slightly darker tan, perhaps similar to Sherwin Williams Yearling.Also, based on previous posts I've read I'll most likely end up going to Home Depot and using Behr paint which is much cheaper but apparently almost as good.Any suggestions for paint colors, both interior and exterior?

Me, i'm a woman but i would be so eager in a hurry to break the wall down properly then have a carpenter go to home depot buy a piece of dry wall put the wall back up quickly and easily i wouldn't waste any time if it's your house before renting it out whats the delay to find out whats vibrating and if it's certainly a ghost you would find that out too!

But if they plant something like forsythia that grows very quickly or bamboo that roots in and grows all over or puts in gardening beds or gravel - all of these things are actually pretty low investment on the tenants' part but can be a major headache when they overgrow or weeds come in or you have to mow around it.
