Smith did pretty well for himself and was able to purchase a nice home in an affluent neighborhood in Denver, unfortunately his health declined as he aged and the beautiful home was left solely to his 20 something daughter.

I don't see much deviation.It's amazing actually looking at the beautiful chart, the MFR chart, SFR chart (zillow) and wage/rent growth they're all symetrical in a parallel line.

I was surfing redfin looking for a new place to rent in DC (for myself) and I found a house that was above my price range but I thought was so beautiful.

I am married to a beautiful Venezuelan woman as well (from Caracas/Valencia).

It has a small cabin on it which could make for a nice Airbnb rental, but it also has around 4 acres of property and a large beautiful trout stream running right through it.  

All together I have approx $46k in the house and it is absolutely beautiful!
