In winter you its cold outside you have this thing called heat to make you warm so take your regular electric bill and add heat to it....they never get it but I keep trying....

( due to holiday ) 99.99 of Brew City properties our under Karen Taylor (agent ) -> you must have an agent submit your offer , fyi I have studied her bidding actions ( meaning typical you could pick up her properties at mostly three thousands under list price ) Example : property zebra listed for $24,000 property zebra accepted offer was $21,000 Otherwise, Brew city will let the property sit for several years.

So hopefully they can get her out by the 10/1.This tenant definitely had an attitude when we were viewing the property, so I don't really trust closing with her not yet evicted.Just overall frustrating since the later I wait to close, the tougher it will be to rent since there are more potential tenants looking for apartments in September/October than during the winter.

When a loan goes into default, and the lender determines the property is vacant, they hire one of their preservation co.s to go in and secure the property, change locks, winterized the house, make weekly inspections, etc.
