While these numbers have gotten me interested in the property, I don't know what I don't know.

I would like to hear your opinion on purchasing a property in another country, like Paraguay.

What is market value of property?  

If you are wanting to manage someone else's property and aren't even local to the property you aren't adding much value.

@Devin James What I am hearing from a lot of buyers is they’re tired of the grey/white combo and personally I can’t stand it as well but I love what you did with the floors, this is a very clean look and I actually like what you did here.

When people bring up Subject To (very risky) and private money it's usually because they have seen a lot of scaling content.

I have a close friend who does them for me but she can only do one at a time.

Sorry to be bearer of bad news but I am guessing your $ is long long gone and not getting any of it back. what exactly did you invest in?

I'm still learning the industry,  but I have been able to partner with a CDC based out of texas and they have been a great help and they have allowed me to get involved with getting investors for their project and I'm definitely excited for it.
