Coming from an artist/graphic designer background I have learned that its hard for people to visualize what the finish product might look like.

It is difficult to explain what my mind is exactly thinking about real estate because it is dynamic and evolving.

People are visual and need a little help with imagination from time to time.

It is a very affordable solution to a marketing area that is currently lacking any real visual pull on the market.

It leaves no obvious visual evidence of a break-in.Ouch.

That being said, we also have a full-time cleaning and QC manager who handles everything that comes with having over a dozen cleaners on the team.We use an app called Properly which allows you to give cleaners a visual checklist and requires them to take pictures of the work which are reviewed in real-time by Properly staff.
