As you said, with more experience you will find you time is too valuable to waist, looking at every house.

Though anyone can look at comps in reality our opinions are less valuable then a real appraiser.

I have read some posts that your are wasting valuable time that you could be shopping ......

Great and valuable input here.As a sad aside, however, my partner/fiancee is working on a different but much-needed book for our college rentals along the lines of "How to Clean Your House".Vacuuming, sweeping, when and how to clean a toilet, scouring a sink, scrubbing a tile floor, cleaning a range, proper cleaners to use for each job, and so on and so forth.

Squeeze pages are very valuable, however very highly mis-used.
