This kind of seller financing is very niche and misunderstood so yes I would advise an attorney or 3rd party to draft it up.

I am interested in building this network also and operate in a niche that may or may not resonate.

Not only will you give yourself a bad name, you will give the entire niche of wholesaling a bad rep.

I have all stainless appliances, leather furnishings, antiques, unique (and expensive) decor, game tables or arcades, large, smart TVs, wifi, and hot tubs.
