Very rarely do I actually meet with a lender before I get to the closing table for the first time with them.

If a lender hits you with paperwork at the closing table that includes unexpected fees that you didn't expect, I'd walk away. 

If your interested in flipping houses, around that purchase price I would get ahold of frank montro, he's the only guy that I would trust right now in the south and is bringing over 35 years experience to the table.  

I would resent a landlord who thought he could charge me extra rent for putting some flowers on the table. 

Also do you know where this information is typically held in the trust, under what part of the table of context?
