So you were completely fine with her staying for 1 year last month, and now this month all of a sudden it's such a big issue that you will risk losing the tenant, having her trash your place, having her keeping you up at all hours, and dealing with nasty looks from her and her boyfriend?

There are alot of reasons why prices are going up, but predominantly low interest rates = higher prices that someone can afford to purchase a home, coupled secondly with "low inventory" when covid was here and noone wanted to list there home out of fear ( both from having to go into the external world and having people come into their home ), and third but most recently surging lumber prices.

I've also heard of them not bargaining, and then the higher ups one day send out the word, we've got to clear out this inventory, and thenthey suddenly contact people who've made offers and suddenly arereal willing to deal.If they rejected 40%, it sounds reasonable to me to offer 35%.

Many will tell you that they will go wherever you want them to go...and list...then, when you want to send them across town, they all of a sudden work slower, and put you on the backburner...and I fully understand.
