I have been studying up the passed 6 months on the world of real estate, specifically with the goal of creating passive income and long term wealth. 

Professional music and movie systems for the house can be over 100,000.I had one back when I was 20 but eventually sold the pieces as the basement developed an outside water leak and the whole house would need to be regraded.

My attorney called the phone number they had on the application and he said it was just music playing.So, since I pay the attorney to keep me out of trouble,  I didn't sign anything and I didn't pay any money.....just being cautious.That was only "my" experience the past week or so.

The engineer would likely have to perform soil studies (soil borings) to determine the actual strength of the subsurface and from there the thicknesses of asphalt layer, aggregate base course, OR other base courses that may be required.
