Just curious how their compensation is structured 

My goal is to keep our property management fee structure easy to understand without breaking the bank for property owners.

I am having trouble structuring the deal because the lot is zoned RLC which has a condition that states that only a law office can be built on the property. 

A low end tenant Iives in a low end structure, this usually leads to low end ROI.

What are the simplest ways that someone can invest IRA capital in RE? Can they make private loans with or without a lien, invest using their own name, a limited partnership, etc? If LLC, does the money have to be pass...

Often when we speak of NNN we define it by either limiting items not covered, or including items like structural repairs, HVAC maintenance, roof repair, and general maintenance, etc.

It is structurally sound as the joists were looked at by my roofing guys but I'm sure concerned that they may not like how it has warped over the past several decades.

Can you simply add additional plinths to give structural support or does all the flooring need to be ripped up to rebuild the sub-flooring?

Add to that the agents that list old houses where the value is in the lot, and they price high, never considering the cost of demo and hauling off the structure!
