I got this from a study Cambridge university did where they were able to correlate gentrification with increased chatter in social media.

@Ken Badziak  I am pretty sure the moment you put up a house on criags list or your website that you do not own.. describe it with bed bath etc.. your engaged in real estate brokerage activities and that requires a license.. flipping homes is legal for sure.. but going about it like your a real estate broker simply is not..
