If you don’t plan on working as a traditional agent helping people buy/sell properties it may be best to save your time/money and just dive deep into wholesaling.

I would walk thru the purchase process in Norway and see if you can do a quick resale and also make sure it is legal or you can’t be sued for tying up the property from the owners selling.  

If you overpay and you're underwater on your loan immediately, it limits your options to sell or refinance should something come up.2.

His income happens to come from selling real estate.
