Sad, but true, I'm afraid. 

In the end it is in a sad way amusing how the US psyche (me included) are looking to a life where Covid continues to be part of our daily life when countries much smaller than ours have defeated Covid through the right measures, of course with the cooperation of their population.

Sad.

@Kevin Polite when I first moved into the building I ended up managing (moved in first as a tenant), I was so sad the tiny studio didn't have a tub - but I loved the price and the location.Fast forward, 2 years later, I was the resident manager. 

If you're thinking that when you get your license you'll immediately inherit a bunch of deals with a crowd of lay-down clients in an industry full of professionally courteous individuals, you'll be sadly disappointed.  

Sad thing is: there are lots of people that act in dishonest ways in all walks of life.

It was sad.

Sadly, the topic that finally motivated me to create an account and jump in is not a happy one:We have an adult, non-family-member guest living in his own RV in our yard (within the Austin city limits).

Gurus are a waste of money sadly and they are a dime a dozen.  

IMHO.This is really sad.
