My suggestion - better in time and effort, and money (through the mistakes you going to make), than paying a guru.Between BP and books and all the other podcasts and blogs available for free, you shouldn't need any paid training - don't fall for that.

It's simply not true.As an authorized IBC practitioner, I can tell you that not one second of the training in the IBC authorization program was spent on marketing or sales.And while I'm sure you've seen policies by IBC Practitioners with less-than-fully-overfunded cash value, that does not mean it is an "IBC Policy."

That way you can train the tenant that the rules are changing and they can’t take advantage of you like they did their previous landlord.
